Social Anxiety Support Group

A weekly online group for people who feel misunderstood by others all the time, who can’t ever “just say something!” This space is so special, created for folks who spend hours going back and forth on their text wordings, who cannot for the life of them be themselves around other people.

Classes

Online courses and community for people who are itching to do more of what they want, less of what they don’t. Who are ready to take their self care to the Next. Level. If you have a stack of self help books, a full queue of wellness podcasts, and an Instagram feed of influencers defining all things psychobabble: welcome home.
